"Bull Head" Colman's Mustard Tin CrazyLamp

A vintage tin, rescued and converted to an electric lamp with rocker switch.

While this piece looks like a Victorian mustard tin, it is in fact a detailed reproduction dating from 1985, made by Replicans of Bedford (England).

The octagonal tin is a pink-orange colour with gilding on the illustrations.

Typically Victorian in style, the black illustrations are of Windsor Castle, a rosy cheeked country girl and the Bull's Head trade mark, along with the coats of arms of more illustrious clients; the King of Italy and the Court of Holland.

Gently cleaned to retain original paintwork and surface patina, this will offer a stunning talking point. This item represents Rekindled Yard's ethos of reusing, recycling and recreating perfectly.

An example of turning an item of sentimental value into something... "usable everyday".
